Wiki skin

- @CoolieCoolster: The colour of the top banner can be changed if you go to MediWiki:Common.css and scroll down to the section of code titled "Top Bar Colour." Change the hex numbers to whatever colour you'd like to use. Borderman (Talk) 08:13, 29 September 2017 (BST)
